On December 1, 2020, Advanced Fiber Resources (Zhuhai), Ltd. (SZSE:300620) closed the transaction. The company issued 16,888,677 shares at a price of CNY 42.04 per share for gross proceeds of CNY 709,999,981.08. The company received CNY 697,054,124.51 as net proceeds. The transaction included participation from Zhuhai Huafa Entity Industrial Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. for 16,175,071 shares and Changsha Shengnong Private Equity Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) for 713,606 shares.
Advanced Fiber Resources (Zhuhai) ., Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the design, research, development, manufacturing, sales and services of high power optical components. The Company operates through three main segments. The Fiber Laser Components segment is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sales of isolators, pump combiners, beam splitters and couplers. The Optical Network Components segment is mainly involved in the manufacturing and sales of isolators, wavelength division multiplexers, beam splitters and couplers. The Other Components segment is primarily involved in the manufacturing and sales of other test equipments.
