Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited Approves the Interim Dividend, Payable on 22 April 2020

Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited at its Board Meeting held on March 25, 2020, approved the interim dividend in replacement of the proposed annual dividend for approval at the AGM from the Company's net profit as of 31 December 2019 at the same rate of THB 3.56 per share, totaling approximately THB 10,584 million. In order not to affect the right to receive dividend of shareholders, the record date remained the same on 20 February 2020, and the payment date remained on 22 April 2020, the same date as previously approved by the Board of Directors on 6 February 2020, which was notified to all shareholders.
Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is engaged in providing consulting and management services to its subsidiaries. The Company operates through three segments: Mobile phone services, Mobile phone and equipment sales, and Datanet and broadband services. The Company is engaged in operating a 2.1 gigahertz (GHz) cellular telephone system as the operator. Its subsidiary, Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. (AWN), operates and provides cellular mobile telephone service. Its subsidiary, Super Broadband Network Company Limited, is a network operator and telecom service operator, including as a service provider of broadcasting networks and television broadcasting services for several channels. Its subsidiary, CS LoxInfo Public Company Limited, is a service provider of Internet data center services, Internet and satellite uplink-downlink services for domestic and international communications, and Internet equipment distribution.
