July 27 (Reuters) - Advanced Micro Devices Inc forecast current-quarter revenue above Wall Street expectations on Tuesday, as the chip designer sees strong demand for its high-end server, PC and gaming chips.
The company projected third-quarter revenue to be about $4.1 billion, plus or minus $100 million, compared with analysts' estimates of $3.82 billion, according to Refinitiv IBES data. (Reporting by Chavi Mehta and Tiyashi Datta in Bengaluru; Editing by Maju Samuel)
