CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Adventus Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following changes in the composition of the Board with effect from 10 September 2021:

1. Mr Teh Chong Seng has stepped down from his executive position with the Company but will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He has been re-designated from Chairman and Executive Director of the Company to Non-Executive Director of the Company. Please refer to the Company's announcement dated 10 September 2021 with the title "Re-designation of Director from Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Director" for more information.
2. Mr Loh Eu Tse Derek has appointed as the Chairman of the Board and has been re-designated from Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Company.

In view of the above, the composition of the Company's Board of Directors shall be as follows:

Mr Gersom G Vetuz (Non-Executive Independent Director)

The composition of the Board Committees remain the same.
