Adventus Mining Corporation announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of $5,000,000 on November 17, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Ripconciv Construcciones Civiles Cia. Ltda.

and STRACON S.A.C. for $2,500,000 each. The funding will be received in tranches for $2,500,000 each.
