Barclays has reaffirmed its 'weight in line' recommendation on Aegon, with a price target raised from 5.7 to 6.2 euros, following the Dutch insurer's quarterly publication, from which key indicators were 'broadly in line on an underlying basis'.

From an operational point of view, Aegon continues to face outflows in the United States", notes the broker, who nevertheless points to the new 150 million euro share buyback program, albeit modest, as a "key positive".
