Notice of Application for Selection of the Prime Market in New Market Segments
On July 9, 2021, AEON DELIGHT CO., LTD. received the results of its initial assessment from the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "TSE") confirming that the Company fulfilled the requirements for listing on the Prime Market in the new market segments.
Based on the results, at the Board of Directors meeting held today, the Company has resolved to select and apply for listing on the Prime Market as its new TSE market segmentation scheduled for April 4, 2022.
The Company will proceed with the application following the schedule set forth by TSE.
