AEye, Inc. announced that at its special meeting of stockholders held on August 12, 2021, it has approved the appointment of Carol DiBattiste as directors of the company.
AEye, Inc. is a provider of active lidar systems technology for vehicle autonomy, advanced driver-assistance systems, and robotic vision applications.
