AF Gruppen ASA Approves Cash Dividend for the First Half-Year 2021, Payable on 25 May 2021

AF Gruppen ASA at its AGM held on May 11, 2021 approved the Board's proposal for a dividend payment of NOK 6.50 per share was adopted. No dividend will be payable for treasury shares. The dividend will be paid on 25 May 2021.
