AFC Gamma, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 16.94 million compared to USD 4.69 million a year ago. Net income was USD 10.16 million compared to USD 1.4 million a year ago. The loans it originates are primarily structured as senior loans secured by real estate, equipment, value associated with licenses (where applicable) and/or other assets of the loan parties to the extent permitted by applicable laws and the regulations governing such loan parties. The Company targets investing strategically across multiple real estate sectors.
