CHANGE OF AGM BOOK CLOSURE PERIOD

References are made to (i) the circular of Affluent Partners Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 11 August 2020 (the ''Circular'') in relation to, among other things, the proposed share consolidation (the ''Share Consolidation'') and the extraordinary general meeting scheduled to be held on 3 September 2020 (the ''EGM''); (ii) the circular of the Company dated 30 July 2020 (''AGM Circular'') for convening the annual general meeting scheduled to be held on 10 September 2020 (the ''AGM''); and (iii) the notice of annual general meeting of the Company (the ''AGM Notice''). Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Circular.

As stated in the Circular, the register of the Shareholders will be closed from 31 August 2020 to 3 September 2020 (both days inclusive) in order to determine the list of Shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the EGM, during such period the register of members of the Company will remain closed and no Share transfer will be registered (the ''EGM Book Closure Period''). In addition, the Share Consolidation is currently expected to become effective on Monday, 7 September 2020 (the ''Share Consolidation Effective Date'') upon the fulfilment of the conditions as set out in the section headed ''Conditions of the Share Consolidation'' of the Circular.

As stated in the AGM Notice, in order to determine the list of Shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, the last day for the Shareholders to lodge the transfer documents together with the relevant share certificates with the Registrars will be 4 September 2020 (the ''Last Lodging Date'') and the register of members of the Company will be closed from 7 September 2020 to 10 September 2020 (the ''AGM Book Closure Period'').

CHANGE OF AGM BOOK CLOSURE PERIOD

As the Share Consolidation Effective Date falls within the AGM Book Closure Period, the original AGM Book Closure Period will be shortened, accordingly, to take into account the AGM Book Closure Period. As a result, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 8 September 2020 to 10 September 2020 (both days inclusive). In order to attend and vote at the AGM, the Shareholders whose transfers have not been registered shall lodge the transfer documents together with the relevant share certificates with the Registrar at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong, by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 7 September 2020.

Save and except for change in AGM Book Closure Period as stated above, all the information in the AGM Notice remains unchanged. For the avoidance of doubt, the EGM Book Closure Period shall remain unaffected by the change in the AGM Book Closure Period.
