The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ('the Company', 'the Issuer'), in reference to the current report:

a) No. 81/2017 of 10.11.2017 concerning allocation of series N47 bonds, hereby informs that on

On 16 June 2020, he made an early redemption of 50 series N47 bonds for redemption. The Management Board of the Company decided to use the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Issue of N47 Series Bonds.

b) No. 90/2017 of 01.12.2017 concerning allocation of series N50 bonds, hereby informs that on

On 16 June 2020 he made an early redemption of 35 series N50 bonds in order to redeem them. The Management Board of the Company decided to use the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Issue of N50 Series Bonds.

c) No. 94/2017 of 15.12.2017 concerning allocation of series N53 bonds, hereby informs that on

On 16 June 2020, he made an early redemption of 20 series N53 bonds to redeem them. The Management Board of the Company decided to use the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Issue of N53 Series Bonds.

d) No. 2/2018 of 02.01.2018 concerning allocation of series N55 bonds, hereby informs that on

On 16 June 2020, he made an early redemption of 20 series N55 bonds to redeem them. The Management Board of the Company decided to use the Early Redemption Option at the request of the Issuer in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Issue of N55 Series Bonds.
