African Gold Ltd is an Australia-based gold exploration company, which is focused on exploration and evaluation of mineral resources. The Company operates through two segments: Exploration and evaluation of Minerals in Cote d’Ivoire and Exploration and evaluation of Minerals in Mali. The Company's projects include Didievi Project, Agboville Project, Konahiri Project, Koyekro Project, Kedougou-Kenieba Project and Syama Shear Zone Project. The Didievi Project is located within the Oume-Fetekro Birimian greenstone belt. The Agboville Project is located in the southeast of the West African Craton. The Koyekro project is located near the western margin of the Haute Comoe Basin in south central Cote d’Ivoire. The Kedougou-Kenieba Project area is located within the Kenieba Gold Province in Western Mali, West Africa, approximately 560 kilometers (km) west of the Capital of Mali, Bamako. Golokasso Permit is located in the Sikasso region of south Mali.
