Agf A/S, formerly Aarhus Elite A/S, is a Denmark-based company engaged in professional sports activities. The Company is active within two business areas, namely Football and Facilities. The activities of the Football business area include the operation of football teams that cooperate with a sports club Aarhus Gymnastik Forening (AGF). The Facilities business area is engaged in the operation of the sports and events facility, NRGi Park & Arena, formerly Atletion, which is located in Aarhus. The Company operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Atletion A/S and Aarhus Elite Stadion Fysioterapi ApS. The primary shareholder of Aarhus Elite A/S is Alm. Brand.
