OSLO, Norway - January 9, 2023 - Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX; OTCQX: AGXXF) ("Agilyx"
or "the company"), a technology company that enables customers to recycle the
most challenging post-use plastics to high value, virgin-equivalent products,
announced the appointment of Marie Conrad to the position of vice president of
business development, North America, effective January 10, 2023. In her new
role, Marie will be responsible for driving strategic business partnerships to
support the company's growth and business strategy. 
An experienced leader and engineer by trade, Marie brings 20 years of industry
experience to Agilyx including 14 years at ExxonMobil Chemical. Most recently,
Marie co-founded and led Sunfox Capital, a private equity firm with investments
focused on the cleantech energy industry. Marie holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in chemical engineering from the University of Texas and a Master of
Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York
University.
