At the end of 2017, AGM Group Holdings Inc. (NasdaqCM:AGMH) closed the transaction. The company issued 4,300,000 class A shares at $0.1 per share, 7,400,000 class A shares at $0.099 per share and 7,400,000 class B shares at $0.001 per share for gross proceeds of $1,170,000 in the second tranche closing.
