Kulmbach, 1 October 2012: AGOAG Energie + Anlagen (WKN: A0LR41, ISIN: DE000A0LR415) has agreed on the sale of its Alperstedt biomass cogeneration plant to Energiecontracting Heidelberg AG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

The sale at the end of 2012 is subject to approval by the antitrust agency. The contracting parties agreed to maintain confidentiality concerning other details of the agreement.

"After the sale of the Alperstedt biomass cogeneration plant, which is proceeding according to plan, we will retain only a minority share in Pellerei AGOENERGIAS.r.l. We are also in the process of selling this investment so that AGOAG can focus all its strengths on plant construction and services," comments Hans Ulrich Gruber, CEOof AGOAG Energie + Anlagen.
