Dr. Friedrich Trautwein has resigned for personal reasons with immediate effect. The Company will be run by Mr. Günther Hein as the sole Board member in the future. The Supervisory Board expresses its thanks to Dr. Trautwein for his contributions to repositioning and restructuring the Company.
