In line with the structure and scale of the investments of Agria Group Holding JSC, along with the increasing potential for development of the holding in the field of production and trade in grains, aiming to generate new opportunities for sustainable long-term development, the company has adopted a decision to develop joint commercial activity with a related entity to Agria Group Holding JSC - the company Agro Oil Konsult OOD, in which Agria Group Holding JSC is a holder of 50% of the shares. The unification of efforts and business opportunities of the both companies with region of presence in North-Eastern Bulgaria is through establishment of a new limited liability company, in which Agria Group Holding JSC and Agro Oil Konsult OOD are partners and shareholders. The aim of the newly established company is to optimize the processes of structuring of farmland properties by territories, consolidation of the total cultivated farmlands and right positioning of the farms with the scope of the territory in which the companies of the Holding develop commercial activity, which is a main priority in the strategy for development for the Group and is a next step to improving the structure of the production, supply and trade in grains.
