SUPERVISORS AND CHANGE IN EXTERNAL

SUPERVISORS

Agricultural Bank of China Limited (the "Bank") hereby announces the following changes in the supervisors of the Bank (the "Supervisors").

ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

Mr. WANG Jingdong was re-elected as a Supervisor representing shareholders, Ms. LIU Hongxia was re-elected as an external Supervisor, and Mr. XU Xianglin and Mr. WANG Xixin were elected as external Supervisors, at the 2021 third extraordinary general meeting of the Bank held on 11 November 2021. Mr. WANG Jingdong was elected as the chairman of the board of supervisors of the Bank (the "Board of Supervisors") at the ninth meeting of the Board of Supervisors in 2021 held on 12 November 2021.

Please refer to the announcement on the nomination of Supervisors dated 16 September 2021 for the biographical details of Mr. WANG Jingdong, Mr. XU Xianglin and Mr. WANG Xixin. As at the date of this announcement, there has been no change to such biographical details. Please refer to the Appendix to this announcement for the biographical details of Ms. LIU Hongxia.

DEPARTURE OF EXTERNAL SUPERVISORS

Mr. LI Wang ceased to serve as an external Supervisor and a member of the Due Diligence Supervision Committee of the Board of Supervisors due to the expiry of his term of office.

Mr. ZHANG Jie ceased to serve as an external Supervisor and a member of each of the Due Diligence Supervision Committee and the Finance and Internal Control Supervision Committee of the Board of Supervisors due to the expiry of his term of office.

Mr. LI Wang and Mr. ZHANG Jie have confirmed that they have no disagreement with the Board of Supervisors, and there are no other matters which need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders and creditors of the Bank in connection with their departure.

The Board of Supervisors would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. LI Wang and Mr. ZHANG Jie for their contributions to the Bank during their tenures of service.

APPENDIX - BIOGRAPHIC DETAILS OF MS. LIU HONGXIA

Ms. LIU Hongxia, born in September 1963, holds a doctor's degree in management. She has served as an external Supervisor of the Bank since November 2018. From 1999 until now, Ms. LIU has been working as a professor, a supervisor for Ph.D. candidates, and a co-advisor for postdoctoral at the School of Accounting of Central University of Finance and Economics. Ms. LIU previously worked as a teaching assistant at Beijing Institute of Finance and Trade, a lecturer of Shandong University of Finance, an auditor of Zhongzhou Certified Public Accountants in Beijing, and a deputy professor of Central Financial Management Cadre College. She previously served as an independent director of China Merchants Bank, Fangda Special Steel Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing AriTime Intelligent Control Co., Ltd., Shanghai New Huang Pu Real Estate Co., Ltd., Langold Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shandong Humon Smelting Co., Ltd., Hebei Xingtai Rural Commercial Bank Company Limited and Nanjing Tanker Corporation of China Changjiang National Shipping Group Co. Ltd., etc. She currently serves as an independent director of Cinda Real Estate Co., Ltd., Joyoung Co., Ltd., Dalian Zeus Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Henan Zhongfu Industrial Co., Ltd., etc.
