APPOINTMENTS OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Reference is made to the announcement on the poll results of the 2021 third extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (the "Bank") dated 11 November 2021. Mr. LIU Xiaopeng and Mr. XIAO Xiang were elected as non-executive directors of the Bank at the EGM, subject to the ratification of their respective qualifications by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (the "CBIRC").

The Bank received the Approval on the Qualification of Mr. LIU Xiaopeng of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2022] No. 50) and the Approval on the Qualification of Mr. XIAO Xiang of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2022] No. 49) from the CBIRC recently. According to relevant regulations, Mr. LIU Xiaopeng and Mr. XIAO Xiang served as non- executive directors since 20 January 2022 and their term of office shall be three years.
