CHANGE IN SUPERVISOR

Agricultural Bank of China Limited (the "Bank") hereby announces the following change in the supervisor of the Bank.

Mr. FAN Jianqiang was elected as a supervisor representing shareholders of the Bank (the "Supervisor Representing Shareholders") at the 2020 second extraordinary general meeting of the Bank held on 27 November 2020. The board of supervisors of the Bank (the "Board of Supervisors") hereby confirmed that Mr. FAN Jianqiang was appointed as a Supervisor Representing Shareholders with a term of office of three years since 27 November 2020.

As at the date of this announcement, Mr. FAN Jianqiang does not hold any shares of the Bank. Mr. FAN Jianqiang will receive his remuneration including salaries, bonuses and other benefits from the Bank in accordance with his position in the Bank while he will not receive any supervisor's fee as a Supervisor Representing Shareholders from the Bank during his term. The Bank will disclose the remuneration of the supervisors in the annual report each year.

The Board of Supervisors would like to welcome Mr. FAN Jianqiang for his joining.

Please refer to the announcement on nomination of supervisor of the Bank dated 3 August 2020 for the biographical details of Mr. FAN Jianqiang. As at the date of this announcement, there has been no change to such biographical details.
