APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Reference is made to the announcement on the resolutions of the board of directors (the "Board") of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (the "Bank") dated 19 March 2021. Mr. LIN Li was appointed as an executive vice president of the Bank at the meeting of the Board held on 19 March 2021, subject to the ratification of his qualification by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (the "CBIRC").

The Bank received the Approval on the Qualification of Mr. LIN Li of Agricultural Bank of China Limited (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2021] No. 236) from the CBIRC today. Mr. LIN Li's term of office to serve as an executive vice president of the Bank shall commence from 31 March 2021.
