The reason for adjustment : The Company shall adjust the exercise
price and exercise ratio to ensure that the benefits of the Warrant Holders are
not less than the existing status. The reasons for adjustment of this event are
as follows;
- dividend payment rate is higher than the rate which is specified in Term and
Condition, which is the interim dividend payment from net profit during the
period of July 31, 2021 to December 31, 2021 at the rate of 0.09 Baht per share,
totaling 86,244,964.47 Baht. This payout ratio is more than 80% of the net
profit of the Company during such period
