Important events to be reported:Obtaining a grant of approximately EUR 120,000

The management of Agroland Business System S.A. (the "Company") informs the market about obtaining a grant of approximately EUR 120,000 in the SME AGRI-FOOD program. The Company will co- fund the grant with EUR 18,000 own cash, the entirety of the funds to be used for the acquisition of raw materials and supplies.

The contracts within the SME AGRI-FOOD program will pe concluded with the first 3,700 winners of the grants by the end of June 2022. The Company's position is 345. The Company seeks to access the money immediately, in a single tranche, after the conclusion of the contract.

The Company has applied for 2 additional funding programs amounting to EUR 470,000. If granted, the capital will be used partially for financing of the current activity of the Company (EUR 290,000) and for an investment in reproduction farms (EUR 180,000), the first farm of such kind being finalized in 2021. The Company also intends to submit a project to finance a 1MW photovoltaic park at Avicola Mihailesti, once the financing measure will be available.
