AIA Group Limited Appoints Sun Jie as Member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, Effective 1 June 2022

The board of directors of AIA Group Limited announced that Ms. Sun Jie, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 1 June 2022.
