Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. intends to to acquire 51% stake in Anhua Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. and 70% stake in Changchun Aier Liangshi Eye Clinic Co., Ltd. from Tianjin Aixin Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 32.7 million.

Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. intends to to acquire 51% stake in Anhua Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. and 70% stake in Changchun Aier Liangshi Eye Clinic Co., Ltd. from Tianjin Aixin Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) for CNY 32.7 million on November 29, 2022. For the period September 30, 2020, Anhua Aier Eye repoprted CNY 88.7468 million of total assets and CNY 43.3883 millions of OwnerÆs equity whereas, Changchun Aier Liangshi reported CNY 96.1889 million of total assets and CNY 26.2936 millions of OwnerÆs equity.
