The Meeting of Board of Directors of AIM Real Estate Management Company Limited (the "Company"), acting as a REIT Manager of AIM Commercial Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("AIMCG") held on 13 May 2022, passed a resolution of distribution payment in form of capital reduction from the operational results between 1 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 at the rate of THB 0.10 per trust unit by decreasing the par value of the trust unit from THB 9.9300 per trust unit to THB 9.8300 per trust unit which is in accordance with the causes of the reduction of paid up capital specified in the Trust Deed, for the reason that AIMCG had allowance for expected credit loss which was accounting records of non-cash items and could not to be used in the calculation of the adjusted net profit. The distribution payment in the form of capital reduction shall be paid on 10 June 2022 and the Company shall set the book closing date to prescribe the list of trust unitholders entitled to receive such distribution payment in the form of capital reduction on 27 May 2022.
