The Meeting of Board of Directors of AIM Real Estate Management Company Limited (the "Company"), acting as a REIT Manager of AIM Commercial Growth Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust ("AIMCG") held on 10 August 2022, passed resolutions as follows:

1. Approved the distribution payment from the operational results between 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022 at the rate of 0.09 Baht per trust unit which shall be paid on 7 September 2022. In this regard, the Company shall set the book closing date to prescribe the list of trust unitholders entitled to receive such distribution on 26 August 2022 and the ex-distribution date (XD) is on 24 August 2022.
2. Approved the distribution payment in form of capital reduction from the operational results between 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022 at the rate of 0.03 Baht per trust unit by decreasing the par value of the trust unit from 9.8300 Baht per trust unit to 9.8000 Baht per trust unit which is in accordance with the causes of the reduction of paid up capital specified in the Trust Deed, for the reason that AIMCG had excess liquidity from the accounting records of non-cash expense items which could not to be used in the calculation of the adjusted net profit. The distribution payment in the form of capital reduction shall be paid on 7 September 2022. In this regard, the Company shall set the book closing date to prescribe the list of trust unitholders entitled to receive such distribution payment in the form of capital reduction on 26 August 2022 and the ex-capital return date (XN) is on 24 August 2022.
