On 5 May 2022, AIMIRT has successfully made the additional investment in the Living and Facilities Project Assets with the total investment value of not exceeding THB 335,000,000 (THB Three Hundred Thirty-Five Million), which is the investment in the ownership of land represented by 1 title deed (Title Deed No. 151902) with the total area according to the title deed of 11 Rai 52.7 Square Wah, the ownership of 3 factory and office buildings having a total building leasable area of approximately 10,955 Square Meters and other relevant assets from Living and Facilities Company Limited (the "Previous Asset Owner"). For the rooftop area of the Living and Facilities Project Assets, there is an obligation to provide the rooftop area for the installation of solar cell power generation system with Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited, whereby the REIT Manager has considered this obligation normal for business and it is the obligation agreed between the Previous Asset Owner and Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited before the investment of AIMIRT. The aforementioned obligation does not have any negative impact on AIMIRT in the aspect of the management and procurement of benefit from the Living and Facilities Project Assets and does not negatively affect the adjustment of rental and service fees with the tenant (in other words, the installation of solar cell power generation system does not affect the payment of rental and service fees of the current tenant). Therefore, the obligation to provide rooftop area for the installation of solar cell power generation system does not lead to the reduction of income generated from the Living and Facilities Project Assets and will not negatively affect the appraisal value of the Living and Facilities Project Assets in the future. Additionally, in considering of the investment value of the Living and Facilities Project Assets in the total amount of not exceeding THB 335,000,000 (THB Three Hundred Thirty-Five Million), the procurement of benefit from the rooftop area was not taken into consideration.
