Air China Limited entered into a framework agreement to acquire Shandong Aviation Group Co., Ltd. from SD Steel Financial Holding Co., Ltd.

Air China Limited (SEHK:753) entered into a framework agreement to acquire Shandong Aviation Group Co., Ltd. from SD Steel Financial Holding (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. on June 14, 2022. Air China will also intend to increase share capital of Shandong Aviation. Following these transactions, Air China will hold no less than 66% of the equity of Shandong Aviation and obtain the control right of Shandong Aviation.
