Industrial-gas supplier Air Liquide SA said Thursday that it has bought a 80% stake in French company Cryoconcept.
Air Liquide said the acquisition of the majority stake in the dilution refrigerator company, which has 14 employees, will boost its own cryogenics expertise and offer.
The French company didn't disclose financial terms of the deal.
