Global law firm Ashurst is advising Air Partner plc on its 84.8 million recommended offer from a newly formed company indirectly owned by Wheels Up Experience Inc.

Pursuant to the terms of the offer, Air Partner shareholders will be entitled to receive 125 pence in cash per ordinary share.

Founded in 1961, Air Partner is a global aviation services group providing aircraft charter and aviation safety & security solutions to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals, across civil and military organisations. Air Partner has 18 locations across four continents, with its headquarters located alongside Gatwick airport in the UK.

Wheels Up is the leading provider of "on demand" private aviation in the United States and one of the largest private aviation companies in the world. Wheels Up is listed with shares of its common stock publicly traded on NYSE and has a market capitalisation of approximately USD $1.0 billion.
