Airbus announces the appointment of Carmen-Maja Rex as Vice President Human Resources, effective April 1, 2025.

In this capacity, she will be a member of the Executive Committee, reporting to Airbus Chairman and CEO Guillaume Faury.

Carmen-Maja Rex is currently Group Human Resources Director at Heidelberg Materials, one of the world's largest integrated manufacturers of building materials and solutions.

She began her career as a consultant with Accenture in 1999, before joining the United Nations in 2003. In 2010, she joined Siemens, where she held a number of management positions in human resources.
