Airesis SA is a Switzerland-based private equity investment holding company that specializes in investments in brands, particularly in the sports sector. The Companyâs operations are focused on its five participations: Le Coq Sportif (holds a 69%-stake); Boards & More Holding AG and A 2 I SA (wholly owned); majority owned Hazard Immobilier SA (in liquidation), and minority owned Comunus SICAV. Its brands portfolio includes the Le Coq Sportif, Fanatic, ION, North Kiteboarding and North Sails Windsurf brands. The Company's main markets are France, Italy and Spain. The Company generates its profits through the acquisition and further resale of participations. Le Coq Sportif has seven wholly-owned subsidiaries located in France, Uruguay, the United States and Italy, among others. Boards & More owns four subsidiaries located in France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Comunus SICAV engages entrepreneur compartment.
