The Company’s operations are focused on its five participations: Le Coq Sportif (holds a 69%-stake); Boards & More Holding AG and A 2 I SA (wholly owned); majority owned Hazard Immobilier SA (in liquidation), and minority owned Comunus SICAV. Its brands portfolio includes the Le Coq Sportif, Fanatic, ION, North Kiteboarding and North Sails Windsurf brands. The Company's main markets are France, Italy and Spain. The Company generates its profits through the acquisition and further resale of participations.
