Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) would like to inform that AOT entered into partnership with TAFA Consortium Company Limited (TAFA) to establish AOT TAFA Operator Company Limited with an aim to execute the project on perishable goods at Suvarnabhumi Airport, with details as follows:

Shareholding Structure	1. AOT holds 171,5000 ordinary shares, equaling 49%.
	2. TAFA holds 164,500 ordinary shares, equaling 47%
	and 14,000 preferred shares, equaling 4%.
	(The preferred shares have the same rights as
	the ordinary shares, except for voting rights at the
	shareholders' meeting which shall be entitled to
	10 shares per vote.)

Investment Amount In accordance with the proportion of shareholding of each shareholder

The above transaction is not classified as a connected transaction pursuant to the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. TorJor 21/2551. The size of the acquisition of assets transaction also does not fall within the disclosure requirement under the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. TorJor 20/2551. However,

such transaction is an event involving the partnership entered into between AOT and another company to establish a subsidiary of AOT.
