announced further updates regarding its move to the main list on the Oslo Stock
Exchange.

Reference is made to the announcement made by Oslo Stock Exchange on June 22,
2022, regarding the approval of the transfer of listing of the shares in
Airthings ASA from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo to the Oslo Stock Exchange's
main list.

The first day of trading of the Company's shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange's
main list is expected to be on or about June 24, 2022. Consequently, the last
day of trading of the Company's shares on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be
today, June 23, 2022.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of its
shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange's main list. The prospectus was approved by
the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority today, June 23, 2022, and will be
available at the Company's web page from June 24, 2022, at 08.00 a.m. CET at
https://www.airthings.com/investors.
