Aisino was Selected into the Enterprise List of 'Technological Reform Demonstrative Initiative' Sssued by State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

　　Recently, Aisino Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 'Aisino') has been officially selected into the enterprise list of 'Technological Reform Demonstrative Initiative' according to the 'notice on adjusting the list of 'Technological Reform Demonstrative Initiative' ' unveiled by the office of the Leading Group for State-Owned Enterprises Reform of the State Council ([2020] No.13).

　　The full name of 'Technological Reform Demonstrative Initiative' is 'the special action of deepening market-oriented reform and improving self-dependent innovation among a hundred technology-based companies', which is another special project dedicated to reforming state-owned enterprises after the 'Double-hundred Actions' and the 'Pilot of Regional Integrated Reforms'. As of December 2020, 209 technology-based state-owned enterprises that have an urgent need for reform and innovation had been selected as participants of the initiative, aiming to further advance and deepen market-oriented reforms by achieving innovation and breakthroughs in aspects of corporate governance improvement, market-oriented personnel selection and enhancement of incentives and constraints. Through building an array of demonstrative technology-based state-owned enterprises in terms of reforms and self-dependent innovation, successful experience is expected to be duplicated and promoted.

　　At present, Aisino is in a new stage of transformation and upgrading. In the face of new challenges and requirements, Aisino will adhere to reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force, promote the reform of state-owned enterprises in a systematic and steady manner in accordance with the reform plan of 'Technological Reform Demonstrative Initiative' and the standing book, effectively stimulate the vitality, accelerate the pace, and improve the quality, as well as vigorously build a new pattern of development, moving forward towards a world-class information industry group.
