On June 7, 2021, Aixin Life International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it had agreed to acquire the Shangyan Hotel and a chain of nine pharmacies in Chengdu, China. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
