With an employee-oriented approach, as well as an innovative approach in human resources processes, Akçansa achieved an important success with total seven awards, including four gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze awards, at the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

Akçansa, Turkey's largest cement producer and the leader of is industry, crowns its achievements with the awards it has received from esteemed platforms thanks to its employee-oriented efforts and innovative projects that contribute to the industry's digital transformation in human resources management.

The company achieved an important success with four gold, two silver and one bronze awards at the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, a globally renowned awards program.

Akçansa shapes its human resources practices and projects around its vision of 'being the most preferred employer by creating a unique work culture where employees feel valued and learn continuously'.

Differentiating itself in the sector with the Digital Academy, launched in 2020 to help employees access the development opportunities they need anytime, anywhere, the company offers a variety of alternatives for employees in different positions, including e-learning, personal resources, video training, surveys and exams and through this platform. A total of 233 training courses were completed at the Digital Academy, where more than 60 percent of the employees had entered during the first three months

In order to combine the dynamism of the new generation with the experience within the company, Akçansa has established the Career Plane Tree, a mentorship program comprised of 14 mentors and mentees. With this project, which is also accredited by the EMCC, Akçansa brings together mentors and mentees throughout the year and evaluates them. The institution also designates mentors from the group companies within the scope of the project.

Akçansa General Manager M. Zeki Kanadıkırık stated that they focused on how to create the best employee experience and they are happy to be rewarded by internationally esteemed platforms for the innovative projects they develop in this direction thanks to their agile structure.
