Akebia Therapeutics, Inc. Appoints Ron Frieson to Its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee

Akebia Therapeutics, Inc. announced on and effective December 10, 2021, upon the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board (the “NCG Committee”), the Board increased the size of the NCG Committee from three members to four members and appointed Mr. Ron Frieson as a member of the NCG Committee.
