Aker BP ASA announced that notice is hereby given pursuant to paragraph 7 of the notes and sections 3.1, 3.2 and 3.4 of the indenture dated June 19, 2019 among, inter alios, the issuer, BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services Limited, as trustee, The Bank of New York Mellon, New York Branch as paying agent and The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, Luxembourg Branch as transfer agent and registrar, that the issuer has elected to redeem the entire outstanding principal amount of the notes outstanding on June 15, 2021 pursuant to paragraph 5(b) of the notes and sections 3.1 and 3.8(b) of the indenture, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the issuer's own conditions precedent. The terms and conditions of the redemption are as follows: subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions precedent (defined below) by the issuer, the redemption date for the Notes will be June 15, 2021, The record date, on which any holder of Notes must hold any Notes to be entitled to the redemption payment (as defined below), will be June 14, 2021. The redemption price of the notes is 102.3750% of the principal amount of the notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest from June 15, 2021 (the last Interest payment date for which interest on such notes will be paid) to (but excluding) the redemption date, and additional amounts, if any, in an amount of $1023.75 for each $1,000 note.
