Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Aker Offshore Wind
AS ("Aker Offshore Wind" or the "Company") on 16 November 2020 regarding the
successfully completed private placement of new shares in the Company (the
"Private Placement") and the resolution made by the Company's extraordinary
general meeting on 24 November 2020 to approve the Private Placement and thereby
to issue 66,666,666 new shares in the Company (the "New Shares").



The share capital increases pertaining to the Private Placements have been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret) and the New Shares have been issued. Following the
registration, the registered share capital of Aker Offshore Wind AS is NOK
678,745,473 divided into 678,745,473 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
Each share in the Company carry one vote at the Company's general meetings.
