Aker Solutions ASA (OB:AKSO) entered into an agreement to acquire Rainpower Holding AS from Aker Horizons ASA (OB:AKH) for NOK 150 million on March 29, 2022. Rainpower Holding AS revenue in 2021 was NOK 345 million. A third-party valuation report has been obtained and the transaction remains subject to various closing conditions, including certain third-party approvals.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2022.
