Akzo Nobel N.V. (ENXTAM:AKZA) reached an agreement to acquire the wheel liquid coatings business of Lankwitzer Lackfabrik GmbH on July 6, 2022. The completion is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected before the end of 2022.
