Al Firdous (P.J.S.C.)

Dear Mr. Ali,

With reference to the above subject; we are pleased to announce thatthe Board of Directors Meeting of Al Firdous (P.J.S.C.) will convene on Wednesday 15.06.2022 at 2:00 PM to discuss the following agenda:

1- discuss, approve and adpot the end of year financial report for the year as ended at 31/03/2022.

1. Discuss&approve the recommendation of the Nominations& bonuses Committee for meeting attendance allowance not to be distributed to the Board members.
2. Mandate Sheikh Khaled S. Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of directors to give his instructions for the all necessary actions to be taken to call for the General Assembly meeting.
3. Discuss & approve the recommendation at the internal control unit report to change the main company address and take process as requiered by management.
