Q Holding PSC, formerly Al Qudra Holding PJSC, is a United Arab Emirates-based company, which invests in companies, development, management, sales and leases of real estate projects, launches and manages educational, hospital and healthcare projects. The Company operates in following business segments: Real Estate segment, which include the district cooling and air conditioning, investment in infrastructure projects, landscaping design, and execution and sales of properties; Hospitality segment, which include commercial and contracting services contract related to hotel business; Labour accommodation segment, which includes providing services to labour camp rental, management services, sales of food and cafeteria items; Investment segment, which include investments in equities, managed funds, bonds, and other investments and securities; and Other segment that include head office expenses, income, asset and liabilities not allocated to any segments.
