ALEATICA S.A.B. DE C.V. INFORMS ABOUT CHANGES IN THE OFFER AND DEMAND OF SHARES REPRESENTATIVE OF ITS CAPITAL STOCK OF ALEATICA, S.A.B. DE C.V.

Mexico City, as of April 28, 2021.- Aleatica, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Aleatica" or the "Company") (B.M.V.: "ALEATIC"), in connection with the unusual movements that took place yesterday in the trading of the shares identified by the ticker symbol ALEATIC; informs that, to its knowledge, the causes that may have given rise to them and that these correspond to market conditions.

With the information known to the Company, at this moment, it is not to its knowledge that the members of the Board of Directors, relevant executives, or it repurchase fund, have participated in such movements. In the event that additional information in this regard is identified, it will be disclosed by these same means and in accordance with the regulatory framework.

This clarification is made pursuant to the request of the Mexican Stock Exchange, pursuant to the provisions set forth in article 106 of the Mexican Securities Law and article 50, last paragraph, of the General provisions applicable to issuers of securities and other participants in the securities market.
