Alector, Inc. announced on January 20, 2021, the transition of chief business officer (CBO), Sabah Oney, Ph.D., effective as of February 1, 2021. Dr. Oney will remain as an employee and advisor until May 3, 2021, to assist with the transition. A copy of the press release related to Dr. Oney's transition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
